Costs of studying medicine abroad?

Food, basic supplies and leisure activities - the cost of living for a medical degree programme abroad at the locations we offer is around 10% to 20% lower than in Germany and Austria. Our students need average a monthly allowance of around €300 to €500.

Depending on whether you opt for a shared flat, a flat for yourself or a student hall of residence, the average monthly costs per person are between €250 and €600 per month.

In order to successfully complete your medical studies, you will need good study equipment. You should budget around €200 per semester for study materials and clinical clothing.

An anatomy atlas, lab coat and dissection kit for anatomy lessons are included in the futuredoctor starter pack.

In addition to the tuition fees at the university, there is also a cost contribution for our comprehensive support on your path to studying medicine.

• Anmeldegebühr: Für den Start deines Bewerbungsprozesses fällt eine einmalige Gebühr von 900,- Euro (3 Universitäten inklusive) an. Damit starten wir mit der Bewerbung an bis zu drei Universitäten. Möchtest du dich an mehr Unis bewerben, kommen 300 € pro weiterer Universität dazu.
• Erfolgsbasiertes Honorar: Für unsere Dienstleistung wird ein Honorar i.H.v. einer Jahresstudiengebühr fällig. Solltest du an einem Aufnahmeverfahren teilnehmen, aber dennoch keinen Studienplatz durch unsere Hilfe erhalten, verzichten wir auf unser Honorar. 

💡 Important for you:
Falls du im selben Bewerbungszeitraum an einer staatlichen Uni in Deutschland, Österreich oder der Schweiz einen Studienplatz bekommst und diesen antrittst, entfällt das Honorar ebenfalls.
